Order Cancellation/Returns:

•   All requests for cancellations/returns must be made by contacting our Customer Care Center toll-free at: 1-866-353-5467.

•   If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

•   If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a Return with all applicable fees, including a 10% re-stocking fee and freight where applicable.  Please follow our Returns Procedure below;
