1. How do I order?
First task is to register on the site. This will determine if you are registering as a Wholesale/Reseller or registering to make a personal purchase.
For Wholesale/Reseller registrations, you will be required to provide a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate either via FAX or Email.
If you wish to hold both a Wholesale/Reseller AND a personal account, you MUST register with different email addresses.
Personal accounts are immediately activated. Wholesale/Reseller accounts will take up to 24 hours to be activated.
Wholesale/Resellers may also download an Order Form from the web site in PDF format and Fax/Email it to us. Please see CONTACT US for the appropriate contact information.
2. What method of payment is accepted?
Imaginatives-Store accepts MasterCard, VISA and American Express.
3. Does Imaginatives-Store offer a RUSH service? Rush service is available on almost all of the items we offer. This service must be requested by phone when placing order. Rush charges will apply.
4. Are shipping and taxes additional charges? Yes. Our preferred carrier is DHL. Ground, overnight, second, and third day services are available based on need. Other carriers may also be utilized upon request. Where appropriate, sales tax will be added to the invoice.
